Welcome to kombo99.cam (hereinafter referred to as "kombo99", "the Platform", "we", "our", or "us"). Kombo99 is an online sports betting and live casino platform operated for the entertainment of eligible adult users.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player", "you") and kombo99 with respect to your access to and use of all products, services, and features available on the Platform. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on kombo99.cam, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account on the kombo99 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account. This minimum age applies without exception to all users accessing the Platform from Malaysia or any other jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under any legal incapacity, guardianship order, or mental health restriction that would impair your ability to understand and accept these Terms.
• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on kombo99. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Accurate Information: All registration details you provide, including your full name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and payment information, must be accurate, current, and truthful. Kombo99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any registration detail at any time.
• Not a Prohibited User: You confirm that you are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of any employee or contractor of kombo99 or any affiliated entity.

4.1 Registration Process

Registration on kombo99 requires the submission of a valid username, a secure password, a working email address or mobile phone number, and your date of birth. You are responsible for ensuring that the contact details you register remain current and accessible at all times.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Kombo99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal, kombo99 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's License, together with proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and a selfie holding your identity document. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in a temporary hold on withdrawal requests.

4.4 Account Currency

The default account currency for Malaysian users is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT) are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. Kombo99 does not guarantee a fixed conversion rate and is not liable for fluctuations in cryptocurrency values.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Kombo99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, as well as Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT). The availability of specific payment methods may be subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Kombo99 reserves the right to modify these thresholds and will publish any changes on the Platform with reasonable notice.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

• E-Wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Processed within 5 minutes under normal operating conditions.
• DuitNow / FPX: Processed within 5 to 15 minutes under normal operating conditions.
• Direct Bank Transfer: Processed within 15 to 60 minutes. Transfers initiated outside of standard banking hours may be subject to delays.
• Cryptocurrency: Processed within 30 to 90 minutes, subject to network confirmation times.

5.4 Withdrawal Method Matching

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. This requirement exists to prevent fraud and money laundering. Kombo99 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

Kombo99 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Deposits must represent the User's own legitimate funds. Any suspected misuse of the Platform for money laundering purposes will be reported to the relevant authorities and the Account will be suspended pending investigation.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by kombo99 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general conditions set out in this Section. Where a conflict exists between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion page. For example, a 35x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus means RM3,500 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: A maximum single-bet limit applies when Bonus funds are active in your Account. This limit is typically RM250–RM500 and is stated on each promotion. Exceeding this limit may result in the cancellation of the Bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10–20%. Live sports betting contribution rates vary by promotion. Specific rates are published on each promotion page.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses must be used within the validity window stated on each promotion, typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of credit. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited without compensation.
• Bonus Abuse: Kombo99 actively monitors for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multiple registrations, coordinated betting strategies designed to minimise risk during bonus play, use of VPN or proxy services, and arbitrage betting on opposite outcomes. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be permanently closed.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one promotional Bonus may be active in a User's Account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on the kombo99 Platform are subject to acceptance by kombo99 at its sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until a unique bet reference number has been issued and displayed to the User. Bets placed during system errors, communication failures, or where odds are manifestly incorrect will be void and staked amounts returned.

7.2 Odds and Pricing

Odds displayed on the Platform for EPL matches, Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, UFC events, and all other sporting markets are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. The odds confirmed at the time of bet acceptance are final. Kombo99 uses decimal odds format by default; Users may adjust their preferred display format in Account settings.

7.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is postponed or abandoned without a rescheduled date within 72 hours; the event result is subject to an ongoing dispute or formal review by the governing body; technical errors resulted in materially incorrect odds being displayed; or incomplete information was provided at the time of bet placement. In all void cases, the original stake is returned to the User's Account.

7.4 Maximum Payout Limits

Maximum single-bet payout limits apply across all markets. These limits are published on the relevant market pages. Kombo99 reserves the right to limit the payout on any bet where it believes a systematic or coordinated advantage-play strategy is being employed.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kombo99 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider-information betting, or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions, claiming duplicate bonuses, or any other reason.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any other tool to disguise your true geographic location.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in any form of abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour toward kombo99 staff or other users.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any interaction with kombo99 support.

All content on the kombo99 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code, and interface design, is the exclusive property of kombo99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to: reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from kombo99.

The "kombo99" name, logo, and all associated brand marks are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kombo99, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
• Service interruptions, delays, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, or third-party payment provider disruptions.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on inaccurate odds, market data, or game outcomes caused by a technical malfunction, provided that kombo99 takes reasonable remedial steps upon discovery.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit kombo99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Malaysian law.

11.1 Termination by the User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification if not already completed.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by Kombo99

Kombo99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to withhold associated funds pending investigation, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraud or money laundering; breach of these Terms; provision of false registration information; detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8; regulatory compliance requirements; or at Kombo99's reasonable discretion for any other legitimate operational reason.

Where an Account is closed due to fraud or material breach, any balance in the Account may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

Kombo99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that for a small number of users, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care to all players seriously.

• Age Restriction: The Platform is strictly for users aged 21 years and above. Kombo99 employs KYC verification and reserves the right to request age documentation from any User at any time.
• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits within their Account settings. Once set, these limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced immediately or increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure session time alerts that notify them after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who feel they need a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. • Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 30 days can be applied at the User's request. The Account will be reopened automatically at the expiry of the cooling-off period unless a formal self-exclusion has been applied.

Kombo99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to: registration details, KYC documentation, transactional records, device and browser information, IP address, and communication records with our support team. This data is used to operate and improve the Platform, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, prevent fraud, and provide customer support.

Kombo99 does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated payment service providers, identity verification partners, and regulatory authorities as required by law.

Kombo99 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes affecting bonus conditions, withdrawal policies, or eligibility criteria — kombo99 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to registered Users and/or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 11.1.

The version of these Terms in force at the time of any dispute shall be the version applicable to that dispute, unless the amendment itself is the subject of the dispute.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Users accessing the Platform from Malaysia agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure.

15.1 Internal Complaints Procedure

In the first instance, all complaints and disputes should be directed to the kombo99 customer support team at [email protected]. We commit to acknowledging all written complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 10 business days. We will always attempt to resolve disputes fairly and transparently through our internal procedure before referral to formal legal process.

15.2 Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation into Bahasa Melayu or any other language, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity.
